2. See Stockholm by foot
Although Stockholm is the capital and the biggest city in Scandinavia, Stockholm is quite small. You can without much effort walk around in Stockholm to get to your destination. Many sites are unfortunatly spread out so if you plan to walk, plan your day with a map first. By walking you will see alot more of Stockholm and the swedes than traveling by scooter or bus. There is many bars, cafés, restaurant and shops to visit while you walk around Stockholm.
3. See Stockholm by boat
Stockholm is built on islands and water is present almost everywhere you go. A great way to see the beauty of Scandinavias capital is doing so by a touristboat. Many of the oldest and the most modern buildings is close to the water. You also get a chance to really see how close the nature and archipelago is to the capital. Most boats are found at Strandvägen, Skeppsbron and close to Berzeliee park. Go there and see al the destinations by boat in Stockholm.
4. By bike
If you prefer to travel by bike, there is any places to rent bikes in Stockholm and you also have a system of free bikes or appcontrolled bikes in Stockholm. You get around large areas of Stockholm by bie and visiting Djurgården is a must with a bike. A lot of swedes are now traveling to work by bike and in certain places in town the speeds are high. Always wear a helmet and be careful.
